Transforming

I am a spirit, I live in a body and I have a mind. I am a firm believer in living in the moment without judgement. Life is a journey, you're welcome to come along.

During a period of transition from the demanding, unrewarding profession of real estate I became highly addicted to HGTV and all their do it yourself shows and ideas. I first learned about hot glass fusing and artwork during this time. Not being a person who is afraid of new things, I got on E-bay found myself a kiln and some glass appropriate for fusing and jumped right in. If any of you out there are hot glass artists you can probably think of a number of mistakes I made just in that one brief sentence. I knew nothing about COE, ramping, holds or really anything other than I love glass and wanted to just do it. Three years later, after many mistakes, lots of money and several classes and workshops, I am finally beginning to get the hang of it. Posted by Picasa
